BFBS Brize Norton launches on digital radio in Oxfordshire

Brize Norton is the first RAF station in the UK to have its own British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS) radio station.

From Monday 31st March BFBS Brize Norton will be live on DAB digital radio across Oxfordshire, so will also be heard at RAF Benson, RAF Fairford, and at forces locations in Abingdon, Didcot and Shrivenham.

Chris Pearson, Managing Editor of the BFBS UK Bases network said: “We’re really excited about adding Brize Norton to the network and can guarantee lots of exciting, locally focused, locally produced programmes which will get to the heart of this great community.”
